INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Dear User,
privacy legislation, compliance with which is particularly close to our hearts, requires us to provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data.
The “processing of personal data”, in simple terms, is any operation concerning any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”.
For instance, a person's e-mail address is considered “personal data”, and the act of collecting it and registering it with us is considered “processing”; so too (again, for instance) is communication to other parties and deletion.
Our organisation is referred to as a “data controller” because we determine how and for what purposes we process information on natural persons.
You, as the natural person to whom the personal data relate, are defined as a “data subject”, and are entitled to receive the following information about who we are, why, how and for how long we process them, and what obligations and rights you have in this regard.
If you merely browse our site, we will not collect any information that can identify you (and will therefore not process personal data, only “browsing data”).

Who are we?

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing.

COOKIE POLICY
This site uses cookies for the following purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the server.
This document provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, how they are used on the site and how to manage them.
You have the possibility to configure your browser in order to be notified of the receipt of cookies or to reject them. The acceptance of cookies by your browser can be disabled by changing the above settings.
In general, the use of cookies by us does not involve the processing of personal data, because we adopt technical solutions that do not allow us to identify you.

1. Definition
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the browser to be re-used during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later, even after several days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).

2.Types of cookies
2.1. There are different categories of cookies, with different characteristics and uses:

a) Technical cookies: these are cookies that are indispensable for the proper functioning of the site and are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or User to provide such service;
b) Analytical cookies: these are cookies used to collect and analyse site traffic and usage in an anonymous way. These cookies, while not identifying the user, make it possible, for example, to detect whether the same user returns at different times. They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. These cookies can be deactivated without any loss of functionality.
c) Profiling cookies: these are persistent cookies used to identify (anonymously and non-anonymously) your preferences and improve your browsing experience.
d) Third-party cookies (analytical and/or profiling): these are cookies generated by organisations that are not part of the Site, but are integrated into parts of the Site page. Examples include Google “widgets” (e.g. Google Maps) or “social plugins” (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.).
2.2. The handling of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the relevant disclosures to which please refer, and which are set out in the links below for your convenience.

3. Types of cookies used
3.1. The Site uses the following cookies:

(a) internally developed technical.
b) Analytes developed in-house: AUTH, ATUVS, ATUVC.
(c) third-party analytics: Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), which enables detailed statistics on visitors to a website to be analysed. We adopt tools to reduce the identifying power of cookies (IP anonymisation: illustration of technical operation at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=it) and have configured the service in such a way as to prevent the remaining portion of the IP address from being associated with other data held by Google (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3379636?hl=it); we have also implemented data retention controls, setting the period to 26 months (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=it). For further information, please refer to https://www.google.it/policies/privacy/partners/ . Users can selectively disable Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on their browser (see link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

4. Duration
4.1. Some cookies remain active only until the browser is closed. Other cookies (so-called persistent cookies) “survive” when the browser is closed and are available on subsequent visits, and their duration is set by the server when they are created; in some cases an expiry date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited, but you can always delete them from your browser settings.

4.2. The technical cookies used are automatically deleted after 24 hours; the AUTH cookie persists one day, the ATUVS cookie persists 30 minutes, the ATUVC cookie persists 30 days.

5. Management
5.1. You can decide whether or not to accept cookies by using your browser settings.

5.2. The usability of the contents is also possible by completely disabling cookies, with the exception of “session” cookies in the event that the User wishes to authenticate to the reserved area (where present), and the disabling of “third party” cookies does not in any way affect the navigability of the Site.

5.3. The setting can be defined specifically for different sites and web applications. Moreover, the best browsers allow different settings to be defined for different types of cookies

a) Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/Gestionedeicookie
b) Internet Explorer: https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/help/17442/windows-internet-explorer-delete-manage-cookies
